• 10 American Swings
• 10 Banded OH-Lunges
Mobility
2 Rounds:
• 10 Plank into downward facing dog
• 10 Shoulder Press from the Neck (BB)
• 1. Round Snatch grip
• 2. Round Clean grip
Strength / Skill
Every 90 sec. for 8 Rounds
• 5 Strict Press
• increase weight every round till you find a heavy weight you can move 5 times with good technique
• keep the weight for the remaining rounds
