Strength / Skill
Clean:
– Warmup for Power-Clean and Squat-Clean
– Find a heavy complex: 1 Power-Clean + 1 Squat-Clean + 1 Hang-Squat-Clean
-> go heavy, take enough rest, always focus on proper technique
