Notes:
In each Round, Athlete 1 completes 50 reps of (a) while Athlete 2 gathers max reps of (b)
Then switch, so Athlete 1 gathers max reps of (b), then switch again to start the next round
The Athlete on (b) must always stop immediately when 50 reps of (a) are complete
For each (repetition of each) Round, the group starts at the same time.
(The faster (a) is completed, the longer the pair of athlete may rest before switching.)
