Specific Warm Up
We are looking to get a set of Calories defined, that will get the heart beating, but won’t push the whole minute. Try to get something between 10-15 cal for each category and stick with it for the 7 rounds.
2 Rounds; 1st Round going easy; 2 round trying to see what your WOD-CAL should be!
