Partner 1 – 10 Burpees
Partner 2 – 10/side Single arm DB Strict Press
*Switch once both partners are done until each has done both stations 3 times
Time Cap: 26 minutes
*You go, I go full rounds with partner (15 rounds each)
*Set ends if coach judges that hips droop too much
**After someone fails they rest :30 and continue until the 5 min cap
