– 10 Toe Touches
– 10 Ring Rows -> 5 strict Pull-Ups
– 5 Push-Ups

Mobility
– 45 sec banded Lat Stretch e/s
– 60 sec Puppy Pose

Skill
12 min to practice HS Hold and HS Walk
Some ideas:
– 10-30 sec HS Hold every 1-1:30 min
– 10 Shoulder-Taps + 10-20 sec HS Hold
– start at Noes and Toes position and try to walk away from the wall
– free HS Upswing/Walk

Workout
