– empty BB Deadlifts
– Down & Up

Strength
Deadlift (3 sets of 12)
Goal is today to build on the deadlifts performed on the 15th of May. Slightly heavier but again without failing.

Workout
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
4 rounds, 1 min each station
– max alternating DB Snatch @15/22.5kg
– max 1m Broad Jumps
– max Down & Up

Broad Jumps: Turn around after every jump and jump over 1 mat. If unable to jump 1 m, mark a distance to be consistent throughout the workout.
