– Squat cleans and pull ups alternating every 5 reps
– Run together
TC: 30 minutes
Scaling:
– Scale barbell to 35/25
– Scale pull ups to Jumping pull ups.
– If runs take longer than 5 minutes scale to 600m.
– If running is not an option equivalent distances on machines are: – 1K Row or Ski – 2K Bike
Intent
– Partner workout where both partners are working for most of the time with short breaks.
Target
– Weight should be light enough to allow for some touch and go sets. Since switches are mandatory at 5 reps try to hold on to 5s on cleans and pull ups if possible. Expect each round to take 6-8 minutes.
Feel
– Should feel almost like a long chipper with big chunks of work you need to work through. Pace for a long one.
Flow
– Switch working partners every 5 reps on the barbell and pull ups. Run together. Partners cannot start working on the cleans until both are done with the run.
