– 5 Yoga Push ups
– 200m Jog

Strength / Skill
Deadlift (Set 1 – 5 reps @ 25-30%
Set 2 – 5 reps @ 35-40%
Set 3 – 3 reps @ 45-50%
Set 4 – 3 reps @ 55%
Set 5 – 3 reps @ 60%
Rest 1 minute between sets)

4 Rounds for Time:
– Run 200 meters
– 10 Burpees over the Barbell
– 10 Deadlifts @ 60%
