10 Back Rack Walking Lunge Steps @ 43/30 kg

Cooldown / Cashout
L-Sit + GHD Sit – Ups (AMRAP – Rounds)

AMRAP 10 minutes:

– L-Sit for 30 seconds
– 15 GHD Sit-Ups
