– 10 Standing Banded Pull Throughs
– 8m Flat Back Ostrich Walk
– 3 Position pause clean Deadlift – Thigh, Knee, Below Knee x 3-5 reps
+
– Snatch Prep (after strength before metcon)
– 1 Set x 6 reps each of the following movements:
– Snatch Grip RDL’s
– Snatch Grip Deadlifts
– Hang Snatch Shrugs
– Hang Muscle Snatch
– Hang Power Snatch
– Power Snatch
AMRAP 8 minutes:
– 4 Power Snatches @ 63/43 kg
– 7 Bar Facing Burpees
– 10 Pull-Ups
