– 8m Flat Back Ostrich Walk
– 3 Position Deadlift – Thigh, Knee, Below Knee x 5 reps
Elevator Strict Press – Pause halfway on up and down x 5 reps

For Time:
-30 Deadlifts @ 80/55 kg
-90 Wall-Ball
-30 Deadlifts
Time Cap: 12 minutes
10 minute clock:
Max Plank Hold on Elbows, continue until one remains!
If you stop early, rest 30-60 sec then perform 20-30 more sec. Repeat this until 10 min mark.
