After warming up, same weight through-out all 4 sets.

Rest exactly 90 sec between sets.

Workout

– then-

– 75 Double Unders
– 25 Push-Ups

Score: Time. Missing reps added as seconds to time cap.

Scaling: 75 Double Taps or 150 Single Unders. Scale Push-Ups so that sets of 25 don’t take longer than 2 min.
